Building practical business systems for ambitious companies.
Founder & CEO of Swagan Business Solutions. I work across software, CRM, AI automation, digital growth and client-support operations—turning complex business problems into systems teams can actually use.
About
Technology becomes valuable only when it improves how a business works.
I am Ganesh Kamankar, also publicly listed as Ganesh Vishnu Kamankar. I founded Swagan to combine technology delivery with the discipline of real operations.
My experience spans IT-enabled outsourcing, customer support, lead generation, CRM workflows, software and SaaS product development, AI automation and managed client services. The objective is consistent: make the business easier to run, easier to measure and better prepared to grow.

What I build
From strategy to deployment—and support after launch.
Custom platforms, multi-tenant products, vertical SaaS, client portals and white-label systems designed for repeatable delivery.
Business systems that connect leads, teams, projects, payments, support and reporting in one accountable workflow.
Practical AI agents and automations for support, document handling, quality assurance, summaries and repetitive workflows.
Digital growth backed by onboarding, support, training, renewal and improvement systems—not a one-time launch.
Selected work
A portfolio containing operating, validation-stage and research-stage initiatives.

AI-powered software, web and mobile development, CRM and business systems, UI/UX, digital marketing, SEO and automation.
Visit SwaganA multi-tenant, white-label business operating system bringing CRM, workflows, roles, billing, administration and client operations together.
CRM and operations capability spanning leads, proposals, invoicing, payments, client portals, delivery and post-launch support.
A compliance-workflow concept for professionals and businesses, designed around recurring filings, document management and white-label delivery.
Brokerage and copy-trading software infrastructure under controlled development. It is presented as technology R&D—not as a regulated financial service or a promise of returns.
An automation layer for customer contact, technical support, quality monitoring, knowledge workflows and client-success operations.
Status labels are intentionally conservative. This page does not present every initiative as a launched commercial product.
Journey
An operating journey that moved from services toward reusable software.
Swagan’s early public profile centers IT-enabled outsourcing, lead generation, technical support, inbound and outbound support, chat, email and digital services.
A short historical secretary appointment at a UK company carrying the Swagan name appears in the Companies House record; the appointment ended in August 2019.
Public professional profiles connect Ganesh with BNI, the South Asian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and 1stNet Marketing Ltd.
The current focus is reusable product IP, CRM and business systems, AI automation, white-label platforms and client-support infrastructure.
Timeline entries distinguish company-published information, public registries and self-reported professional profiles. See the research and source notes.
Operating principles
The standards behind the work.
Start with the commercial and operational problem, then choose the technology.
A system succeeds when real teams can use it consistently—not when a demo looks impressive.
Onboarding, training, monitoring and continuous improvement belong in the delivery model.
Label operating products, development work and research honestly. Never turn a plan into a claimed result.
Fintech and other regulated workflows must remain controlled until legal, technical and operational gates are satisfied.
